List Invoices window
Purpose
Use this window to establish report criteria and generate the List Invoices report.
To access this window
Select List A/R Invoices By Date on the Report Catalog window - Customer tab and click Run.

General report parameters Use the following group of boxes to define the parameters AIMsi will use to identify invoices to include on a generated report. |

Invoice Date Range |
Enter a range of dates on which to report. To quickly enter today's date, press T on your keyboard. To quickly back-date or forward-date by one day, use the Hyphen key (-) and Equal key (=) on your keyboard (alternatively, use the Minus Sign and Plus Sign keys on your keyboard number pad). To quickly back-date or forward-date by one month, use the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard. This box supports F6 functionality; the Choose Date window opens. |
Region |
Select the region on which you want to report. By default, all regions are included on the report. Right-click and select Clear Region to reset the box to the defaults. |
Location |
Select a location on which report. Ctrl-click to select multiple locations. If you do not make a selection here, invoices from all locations will be included on the report. By default, all locations are included on the report. The date in this box represents the last year-end close date for that location. |
Invoice Type |
Select an invoice type on which to report. Ctrl-click to select multiple invoice types. By default, all invoice types are included on the report. |
Acct# |
Enter an account number to report only on invoices posted to that customer's account. If you want to report on all accounts, leave this box blank. This box supports F6 functionality; the Pick Customer window opens. |
PO# |
Enter a purchase order number on which to report. |
Billing Cycle |
Select a billing cycle to include only those customers billed during that cycle. |
Customer Type |
Select one or more customer types on which to report. |
Print Payments with each invoice |
Select this check box to include the payment amounts for each invoice on the report. |
Include Invoices with Zero Balance |
Select this check box to include invoices with a zero dollar balance on the report. |
Options for report detail

Indicate if you want to print invoice details on the report, including the invoice number, account, and costs, or if you want to print only the totals for all invoices during that date range. |
Options for report sorting
|
Indicate if you want to sort the report in invoice (or reference) number order, account number order, or last name order. |

Cancels your changes and returns to the Report Catalog window. |
